Meditation

All Levels, good for new students

Join us for a journey within during our Meditation class. Cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity through guided meditation and breathing techniques. Experience a profound sense of calm and self-awareness.

Hatha Yoga

Great for new students

Dive into the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, where poses are held with a focus on alignment and breath. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone seeking a gentle yet invigorating practice to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental equilibrium.

Vinyasa 1

All Levels, good for new students

Vinyasa 2
